An Amazon delivery driver made a woman’s day when she gave her a “lifesaving” piece of advice with a song.

In a viral TikTok clip uploaded by @_jesshopehuse she shows the worker, who is wearing shorts and sunglasses, marching down the garden path with a parcel under one arm.

Belting out an improvised song, the driver approaches and sings: “Hello Jennifer!

“You have no markers on your house that saw what number you are and that [makes it] hard to find your house, my dude, and it unsafe, honestly.

“What if you needed medical assistance and the paramedics didn’t know your town well, come on man.

She finishes off her song with: “Have a great day.”

Jessica explained: “We just moved in and this happened today, she’s not wrong though. I need to get some house numbers.”

She added that the parcel was not for her but the previous occupant, who was called Jennifer.

The video has been watched more than 2 million times and thousands of people left comments praising the advice and the singing.

One viewer said: “Retired paramedic here.

“She is 100% correct. Protect yourself and get some large numbers on your house and mailbox if it’s out front.

“Spray the number on your curb too.”

A second user said: “I personally know the delivery driver and she is an incredible, awesome and caring person! She’s the best truly!

“Her advice comes from the heart.”

Someone else said: “As a mail carrier I love this.

“It’s so true and frustrating when people don’t have houses or mailboxes numbered.”

Another person told viewers: “That actually happened to me there was a fire in my wall and the fire department couldn’t find my house and had to ask my neighbour.

“Thankfully it was a small fire so it was put out by the time they finally found my house but I got numbers that day in case it ever happened again.”
