Tupac Shakur was officially killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, on September 13, 1996.
But so-called truth-seekers have poked holes in the official reports, claiming he actually survived the attack and faked his death to flee the spotlight.
And now, a believer in the bizarre theory has revealed more supposed “evidence”.
YouTube star Ex Con Cody Lachey posted a video on Tuesday showing him trawling through the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department inmate information site.
He searches for Tupac’s full name and date of birth and discovers two entries.
One was entered on April 14, 2017, while the second was entered on April 26, 2019 – both of which are several years after the rapper’s supposed death.
The mystery then deepens when the YouTube star finds information on the inmate’s appearance.
He is registered as being 5ft10ins – the same height seen on Tupac’s driving license.
The inmate’s weight is 165lbs which is just 3lbs less than the 168lbs found on the same driving license.
“Tupac is supposed to be dead,” the YouTuber concludes.
“This is exactly the same as the other arrest – same height, same hair colour, same weight.
“Guys – Tupac is alive, I am telling you guys.
“This is Tupac.”
The video has garnered more than 1,000 views since it was posted – but it has received a mixed response from viewers.
“Wow, you can’t fake that info,” one wrote.
Another added: “I definitely believe now.”
But a third said: “If that’s the case the media would know this by the inmates from that prison… not a chance.”
And another disbeliever commented: “There will be many people that would have changed their name, especially fans.”
Cody quickly replied asking how someone could change their height, weight and facial complexion to match Tupac.
The viewer responded: “Plenty of lookalikes in the world – same as Michael Jackson wannabees and Elvis Presley doppelgangers that could have been altered just to create conspiracy.”
