Stephanie McMahon WrestleMania announcement

WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon is expected to make an important announcement about the main event of WrestleMania.

RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will make history by becoming the first ever women to headline Mania this Sunday at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Rousey is supposed to defend the RAW Women’s Championship but Charlotte’s title triumph last week on SmackDown has raised some questions.

McMahon’s announcement is not yet known but rumours suggest she will declare that both titles will be defended at the Show of Shows.

WrestleMania rivals team up

RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will team up tonight on RAW ahead of their Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania.

The three rivals competed last Monday night in a Beat the Clock Match that was won by Lynch.

The Man defeated Liv Morgan faster than Rousey who overcame Sarah Logan in one minute and 25 seconds – Charlotte ran out of time in her match against Ruby Riott.

Now the three enemies will face the entire Riott Squad in a Six Woman Tag Team Match and need to get along because if one of them betrays a team-mate she will be removed from the WrestleMania main event.

Batista returns

Batista will return to action at WrestleMania to battle his former Evolution mentor Triple H in a No Holds Barred Match.

The Animal was going to pull out of the fight unless The Game agreed to retire if he loses to his former protege.

The Cerebral Assassin agreed to the six-time world champion’s demand and the match has been sealed.

The Marvel star will appear tonight after weeks of accusing Triple H of taking advantage of him throughout his career.

Beth Phoenix in-ring comeback

Beth Phoenix will return to the ring at WrestleMania to partner up with Natalya and challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

Phoenix and The Queen of Harts will take on Nia Jax and Tamina, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay of The IIconics as well as title-holders Bayley and Sasha Banks.

But tonight the WWE Hall of Famer will return to the ring for the first time in six years to team up with her fellow Diva of Doom.

Together they will link up with Banks and Bayley to take on The Samoan Slaughterhouse and The IIconics in an Eight-Woman Tag Team Match.

Brock Lesnar confronts Seth Rollins

Brock Lesnar will make a rare appearance on RAW ahead of his Universal Championship defence against Seth Rollins.

Rollins is determined to dethrone Lesnar at The Grandest Stage of Them All with the WWE Universe by his side and had a heated confrontation with the UFC legend’s advocate Paul Heyman last week as he left a chilling warning for him and his client.

The two-time world champion said: “We are going to WrestleMania, we are gonna beat Brock Lesnar, we are gonna take the Universal title and we are gonna march into Suplex City and we are gonna burn it down.”

Lesnar is expected to address his challengers’ heated words tonight.

Title match

NXT call-ups Aleister Black and Ricochet have taken RAW and SmackDown by storm ever since joining the main roster.

Black and The One and Only have picked two consecutive victories over RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival.

The fan favourites will get a shot at the titles tonight when they take on Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder six nights before WrestleMania.

Roman Reigns revenge

Roman Reigns accepted Drew McIntyre’s challenge for a fight at WrestleMania.

Reigns then tried to build some momentum as he started brawling with McIntyre but The Scottish Terminator got the best of him.

The Scottish Psychopath has defeated both of The Big Dog’s legendary Shield team-mates Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.

But his victory over Ambrose in a Last Man Standing Match sent a strong message that he could indeed complete the trifecta at The Showcase of the Immortals.

Reigns, though, may still be looking for revenge tonight on RAW.
