After a goalless first leg in France, the two teams will do battle again at the Nou Camp.
Barcelona are looking for their first Champions League trophy since 2015, while Lyon have never won the European Cup.
Barca boss Ernesto Valverde could name Philippe Coutinho in the team tonight with Ousmane Dembele struggling with a hamstring strain.
Malcom is another option but Coutinho could start despite being booed by Barcelona fans last weekend.
The former Liverpool star was ineffective in the 3-1 win over Rayo Vallecano and Barca fans were quick to show their disapproval.
Barcelona will need to win tonight with any away goal for Lyon set to be crucial.
And defender Gerard Pique is backing Coutinho, who has scored eight La Liga goals this season, to come good.
“Philippe is having a good season, but obviously his price tag was very big and this means there are bigger expectations about his performances,” Pique said.
“You have to accept the reaction of the supporters because they are our fans, but inside the dressing room the players give him all the support in the world.”
But while Pique was backing the forward, Barca boss Valverde didn’t appear as confident.
“How we handle our team internally is a private matter, between us,” he said.
“There are moments when you need to talk with the player and there are times when you don’t.
“We hope to see the best of him, of course.
“With a 0-0 result no team qualifies and they [Lyon] have their weapons, especially from the attacking point of view.
“They have fast players and they will try to exploit that. They know the value of an away goal and we have to break their lines.”
Barcelona predicted team: Ter Stegen; Roberto, Pique, Umtiti, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Arthur; Messi, Coutinho, Suarez.
