Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s make-up artist drew on fake abs for SAGs

These abs weren’t made in the kitchen.

“Fleabag” star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, 34, applauded her makeup artist at Sunday night’s 2020 Screen Actors Guild Awards for painting on a six-pack beneath her mesh Armani Privé gown.

The Brit took home a SAG statue for Most Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor for Season 2 of her acclaimed comedy “Fleabag.” In her acceptance speech, she tipped her hat to the toning trick.

“With all the chaos of the outfits, and the interviews and the six-pack that my makeup artist drew on me this evening and all the kinds of pre-drinks and after-parties, and all the amazing Hollywood-y things that happen here, it’s quite easy to be distracted from the thing that has actually happened to us,” she said.

Waller-Bridge went on to thank her co-stars in the “Hot Priest”-centered series, which also scooped up awards at this year’s Golden Globes.

“Tonight we as a ‘Fleabag’ gang will soak this up, celebrate, and spend this evening with all the amazing actors in a room I never imagined I would be in,” she said.

The “Fleabag” creator and “Killing Eve” executive producer also chummed it up with fellow award winners, including Laura Dern, who won a SAG Award for her role in “Marriage Story,” and Helena Bonham Carter, who, along with the cast of “The Crown,” took home a trophy for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

She’s not the only star using makeup magic for a little extra definition. Stars are increasingly turning to “chest contouring” to add fake cleavage to their decolletage — Kristen Bell spilled the beans on the industry secret back at the 2017 Golden Globes.

“Body makeup in general is super popular on the red carpet,” Kelli Bartlett, director of makeup at beauty service company Glamsquad, told The Post at the time. “But the trend for plunging necklines in bodysuits and gowns is putting [chest contouring] center stage.”
