Donald Trump’s Batmobile-like limo The Beast is armoured against almost any conceivable terrorist attack.
It has bulletproof armour-plating that’s up to 8 inches thick in places, and its bulletproof windows are almost as thick.
It runs on huge Kevlar-woven Goodyear tyres that can run flat if needed, making it very hard to stop The Beast from driving out of trouble. It carries its own air supply in case of a gas attack, and special foam surrounds the fuel tank to insulate it in the event of an impact.
But there’s one way to immobilise The Beast: put a cat underneath it.
Larry, the headstrong feline who has made headlines again and again by settling down for a snooze just where he shouldn’t, has found a warm spot beneath the Presidential Limo’s chassis and is resisting all requests to get out of the way.
NBC’s Bill Neely spotted the cheeky cat underneath President Trump’s transport and took a snap of Larry peering out and reminding the world that cats own the planet, we just live here.
“That can only ever end badly. He’s sheltering underneath the Beast now from the rain”
Larry even reportedly tried to get inside Trump’s huge limo, according to Sky News’ Kay Burley.
Burley said: “I’m just noticing with some photographers how Larry the Cat is trying to get in the Beast.
“That can only ever end badly. He’s sheltering underneath the Beast now from the rain.
“That’s one armour-plated vehicle.”
