Everlane is about to show up on treadmills everywhere.
The ethically conscious company that’s made a name for itself in a plethora of categories over the last few years, including environmentally friendly sneakers and fleece tops made of plastic bottles, is moving into activewear with the launch of Perform Leggings on Jan. 22.
The focus of the product is form and function, with a high-waist design made of Italian technical fabric to compress while also doing the all-important sweat-wicking job. But Everlane has more than just the gym in mind with these leggings, thanks to a flattering fit meant for everyday wear.
“Instead of just focusing on working out and exercise, we thought about lifestyle and where [our customer] is wearing these leggings day-to-day,” Everlane’s VP of design, Sonia Martin, told Cosmopolitan.
As with most Everlane launches, there’s already a waitlist for the leggings, which come in four different colors, including the always-flattering black, priced at $58.
Just when you thought you couldn’t possibly need another pair of leggings, you’re proven wrong.
