Arsenal ran riot against Everton at the Emirates with Ramsey scoring a hat-trick.
The Gunners were also treated to a debut goal by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who marked the occasion with a deft chip over Jordan Pickford.
Mkhitaryan enjoyed his best game for the club as well, following his move from Manchester United last month.
And Ramsey praised his Arsenal team-mates after the game and admitted it was key they bounced back following their 3-1 defeat to Swansea in midweek.
“It was a great response, we needed that after the game at Swansea. We were at it from the off,” he said.
“Everyone was at it today, and when everyone’s at it we are quality. Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan were brilliant today, you can see their link-up play.
“Our home record is fantastic, we need to replicate that on the road.”
On his hat-trick, he added: “I am delighted, it is one of the moments to remember.
“Full credit to the team, the game was won in the first-half and hopefully we can keep this focus and quality for the rest of the season.”
Aubameyang impressed on his first start for the club.
And Ramsey thinks the club have “quite a player” on their hands.
“If that is not him at 100% then we have got a player on our hands,” he added.
“Plus Henrikh Mkhitaryan got a few assists. Hopefully there is a lot more to come and we can push on and finish the season strongly.”
