Resident Evil 2 Remake release date rumours are in overdrive following the latest Capcom earnings call.
Fresh off the back of a successful Monster Hunter World launch, Capcom has revealed plans to release two major titles by the end of March 2019.
The identity of the games are a mystery, but Resident Evil 2 Remake seems like a prime candidate.
Little has been seen of the Resident Evil 2 Remake since its announcement back in 2015, so it’s likely we’ll see more at E3 2018.
As for the other release, it could be something like Devil May Cry 5, or perhaps something completely original.
Previous rumours have claimed that Resident Evil 2 Remake will feature an over-the-shoulder camera system similar to Resident Evil 4.
The same report claims that the campaign will take around 20 hours to finish, and feature expanded lore, cutscenes and story elements.
Capcom’s earnings call also featured some interesting information about Monster Hunter World.
The latest entry in the series has shipped an impressive 8 million units since release.
The reports also confirms plans to continue supporting Monster Hunter World with new updates.
This is likely to include even more new monsters and in-game events.
