The clip, captured from the International Space Station, shows two long, unidentified objects appearing to have been shot from the Earth’s surface into space.

Graham Maple, who spotted the bizarre activity during NASA’s live stream, first thought they may be two UFOs but their abnormal shape led him to change his mind.

The space fanatic, who runs YouTube channel Conspiracy Depot, even claimed it could be some kind of weapon fired at hostile extraterrestrial beings.

BIZARRE: The strange event was captured on the ISS live feed

“A more worrying thought is that they are part of a secret weapon being fired at a threat in space”

Graham Maple

He told Daily Star Online: “I recorded 25 minutes of footage from the ISS this afternoon [May 13] between 14.30 – 14:55.

“But after reviewing what I captured, I noticed two anomalies moving at incredible speed.

“At first I thought they must be some kind of government testing – perhaps two UFOs speeding away from Earth and leaving a trail.

“But a more worrying thought is that they are part of a secret weapon being fired at a threat in space.”

This footage comes just two weeks after Donald Trump announced plans to launch a space force.

The US President revealed he wanted a sixth branch of the military to fight beyond the skies.

Speaking to a Military Academy football team at the White House, Washington DC, on May 2, he said: “You will be part of the five proud branches of the United States armed forces.

“Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and the Coastguard.

“And we’re actually thinking of a sixth.

“That would be the Space Force.”

And since the news was announced, there have been a number of questionable sightings.

Just last week in Minnesota, USA, sky watchers believed they had captured a fight in the skies on camera.

And before that. a clip sparked panic online after an explosion reportedly took place near the sun
